Which documents do I need if I live in Colombia?
Colombian ID card (cédula), Driver’s licence, Security deposit. The minimum age to drive is 20 years old.
And if I am visiting from abroad?
Passport, Driver’s licence from your country, Credit card, Security deposit. Your own country’s driver’s licence is valid here.
How much is the security deposit?
$2.000.000 COP for rentals by the day and $5.000.000 COP for monthly rentals.
When do I get the deposit back?
15 business days after the vehicle is returned.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PSE, Nequi, Cash. The vehicle is held for you once you accept the quote.
Is there a mileage cap?
Unlimited mileage within the Aburrá Valley, with no excess-mileage charge. Trips outside the metropolitan area are agreed on in your quote.
Does the rental include insurance?
Yes. We confirm the excess and any optional cover in writing before the handover.
Can I extend the rental once it has started?
Let us know a few days in advance to extend your rental. We arrange it over WhatsApp, the same number that takes calls.
